Class Schedule
In-Person Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at North Chelmsford Community Center. All individuals attending an in-person class at NCCC will be required to show proof of vaccination. Mats will be placed 6 feet apart from one another.
Evening Gentle Kripalu Yoga
Day: Every Tuesday
Time: 6:00PM to 7:15PM
Location: North Chelmsford Community Center (2nd Floor)

Parking: Available in the lot across Washington Street on the far side of the fire station
Cost: Pay by the month -- $50 for 4 week month or $62 for a 5 week month or $15 drop in fee
*Therapeutic Restorative style yoga class is not being offered at this time. Will reconsider as we continue to watch Covid guidelines.

Cost: $20 (additional rental fee of $5 for rectangular bolster if you don't have one)
***Please bring the following props to class: yoga mat, rectangular bolster, 3-4 blankets, beach towels or bath towels, 2 blocks and eye pillow (if you like the comfort of an eye pillow). Rectangular bolster can be rented for a nominal fee of $5 if you want to try this practice before investing in the prop. More information available if you are interested in purchasing any yoga props. I will be happy to send you the website where I purchase my props.
Private / Semi Private / Smaller Classes

Cost: $75 for a private class (60 minute session)
$25 per person for a semi-private class (2 people) (60 minute session)
$15 per person for a small class (minimum of 4; maximum of 5) (60 minute session)
